The hotel never did offer anything but to move us into another room, and we've had no follow up from them either. It was an awful time staying in this hotel, and we got lucky we didn't get any bites especially our young children. The hotel needs a major inspection by the state health dept. fyi.
The customer service is great, I think the rooms could've been a little cleaner.
After my arrival to El Dorado.....checked into another hotel *COMFORT INN SUITES* less than 2 mins away!!!! Having the WORST EXPERIENCE!!! I can honestly say, Donn at Holiday Inn Express was AWESOME!!!! This hotel is clean & peaceful!!!! Thank you again, Donn!!!
One of the best Hotels in town. The rooms are clean and have a decent breakfast menu.
Nice staff, but extremely loud room. You can hear road noise, any sounds from the hallway and conversations from people in nearby rooms
We stayed in this hotel March 27, 2016 weekend. We got there and was ready to go to bed for awhile, so we pulled the cover back to one bed and we seen 2 bed bugs crawling in between the two sheets. We put the bugs into a cup for them to see & inspect. So then we called the front desk manager the young guy and told him about the incident and he sounded angry with us for mentioning it at all to him and he didn't seem shock either. He told us he would move us to another room and would send a girl to check out our beds before we moved into it. We looked on the Arkansas Dept. Health website bug page and the bugs matched up to the description to a bed bug.
