My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. Very clean rooms. Staff was extremely nice from front desk down to the cleaning ladies,they were all wonderful. Beds were comfortable and we slept great. I recommend staying here anytime. We will be back.

I booked a room for this upcoming weekend, clicked the correct date and everything and as soon as I confirm my purchase, I get a confirmation text saying that my booked dates for nearly a month ahead of what I had clicked. I spend nearly an hour on the phone asking if I can get the correct date booked and they tell me they don’t do refunds, let me reiterate, I simply asked to get the correct dates, no refund, they proceed to tell me cancelation feels were the same price of the room I booked. Extremely disappointing and aggravating time. Don’t recommend, extremely rude and did not handle situation appropriately, especially due to their mishap on my booking date.
I've stayed at a couple comfort inns and this one is one of my favorites, I got a suite and there was two tvs, one in in the bedroom area and one in the living room area which is awesome! I actually had a friend cone over and watch tv and drink beer one night and it really felt like a legit living area. the couch was comfy and had a nice coffee table. The rooms all have satellite and any channel you would want including HBO and cinemax. The bed was very comfy and everything was continuously clean
Been staying here weekly for almost 9 months for work. As far as staff goes, they are an all around great bunch of folks. I've only had 2 issues in the 9 months I've been traveling here and both were minor issues that were rectified virtually immediately. Hands down favorite hotel in El Dorado! If You want a luxury stay with the big shots then this probably isn't the place for you. If you're a company man or just looking for a great hotel at a great price. This is the one for you!
