You get what you pay for! It is the cheapest hotel in the area so I guess you cant expect much. I am giving this hotel 3 stars because of the staff. I stayed 3 months there and they were very friendly and always willing to help.
This is an older hotel. The indoor pool and hot tub area seemed to be closed but there was no notice posted. The bathroom toilet was dirty and there were cobwebs and dead bugs behind the door. The bed was OK but the mattress was old. Noise from outside could easily be heard through the door. The heater would not go off automatically. The breakfast area was out of regular coffee. Overall fine for one night but they could do more to keep the rooms clean and the breakfast area stocked.
You can't beat the price. We stayed 2 nights 10/3-10/4/17. All the staff were awesome-Sandy took our reservation & checked us in w/ TLC. So was rest of staff. 0ur room had water leak in the toilet & I killed a bug on the nightstand shortly after we got in. Maintenance came to assess but ended up could not repair the leak for awhile & had to get parts so we moved to a second room after I called the front desk. This room looked cleaner, newer but the sink kept stopping up because there was corn in the drain that kept flowing up. Maintenance tried to unstop but only able to improve flow temporarily. There were a lot of contractors that apparently lived there at night & were noisy outside every morning before they left for work between 5:30-6:00am. So much for trying to sleep late. Breakfast was good but overall the rooms need renovations & overhaul. I let the staff know about our issues & she apologized & said she would let the GM know when he comes to work & maybe would give us a call. So far no reply.
For the price it's not too bad,but bathroom was poor and the light didn't work. it is a much older hotel and the rooms show it. The rooms also have roaches, they were not overbearing but 1 or 2 here and there.
Is that okay place for visit the location is ideal right there beside convenience stores and also Atwoods but it is also down the street from a strip club so it does get Rowdy and loud in the wee hours of the morning and around that area thanks the indoor pool was tore up the woman at the front desk was supposed to check the kiddie pool and call the room to let me know if it was available which she never did my grandbabies heart was broken but all in all I'd say it's a okay place to stay
