Comfortable room and very nice staff. Check in and out was very quick. This hotel has a lovely indoor pool and workout room. Plenty of fresh hot coffee and parking. Easy access to the highway and close to the central town. There are several fast food restaurants close and many good eateries within a couple of miles.
Staff was very helpful, rooms clean, service was great. Breakfast was good as well. I recommend this hotel for your next vacation stay.
Might be the cleanest hotel i ever slept. Pillows verry comfortable, big bathroom nice desk to work on your computer and hi speed internet. Staff friendly and helpful. The in door pool was fantastic the same as the gym and the laundry. Would recommend to anyone who wants to have a good experience while visiting Arkansas.
My family and I went home for a funeral. I made us reservations at this hotel because I had had a good experience in May. However, I did not get there until Friday; they arrived on Thursday. My sister called me in the middle of the night upset about bugs in the bed and the night staff not wanting to change the room. She finally got another room which was right next to the bed bug room. The next morning, my brother, sister and nephew went down stairs about the room because the staff could be heard beating the mattress to remove the bugs. I'm was not there, but it takes a lot for my brother to get upset and he was really upset. I believe it was the day manager that my family had a problem with. I made reservations at another hotel as I was driving to meet them. The manager reportedly told them that we would not be charged for that room since we had a problem. But, the disturbing thing, more than the bugs, was that as my brother, sister, and nephew were discussing their concern, the front desk, manager or owner, commented to my family that "at least I'm not a slave". Again, my brother is usually mild mannered; but he was upset. This comment had nothing to do with the hotel room and the bugs. We are a black or African American, so the comment "at least I'm not a slave" is very racist. This is unacceptable. After speaking we a few people, we were told by different people that the hotel has had complaints of bugs in the mattresses. The comment we got was "were you in room 215; that's usually the room that has bugs in it". If you have bugs in the bed, you have to take the mattress out and they were beating the bed to get them out. As if the comment and bugs were not bad enough, they got angry and charged me $140 for the room. I want to set the record straight for the employee, owner or manger, whichever, "we have never been slaves either". But, to say that trying to hurt my family, sorry, but you don't win. Very disappointed in the treatment by this hotel staff and the leadership. My nephew's comments are below mine, Gregory Shelton, and he has more accurate details of the event. I travel a lot and I have never had to pay for a room with an issue like this one. But, like I said, to make a racist comment like that is uncalled for.
Stayed here for a month for work. Very friendly staff, good morning breakfast, nice pool. Hot water in room is on almost instantly. Definitely recommend.
