I ordered an Apple Watch, requested next day delivery. The package shipped from California to Dallas (a thousand mile trip btw) and both destinations were time stamped within hours of each other. From Dallas it went to Shreveport LA at 5:04 am which is 1 hour and 45 minutes from my home. That was the last time any activity was recorded. I called customer support and a trace was put out on it. I was called back by the "trace expert" and told I would get my package the next morning before 10:30. I've checked this morning and activity still shows it is in Shreveport with the same time stamp of 5:04 am. Nobody can tell me where it is, why I was promised delivery the next morning, or if the whole experience is a horrible dream. What I want to know is why Is FedEx allowed to rob people by taking their money and guaranteeing next day delivery when it's not gonna happen. I've used UPS 99% of times before when ordering online and I've NEVER had a late delivery. Hell, the USPS has better service than these idiots!! It's completely ridiculous...I could have driven to Cupertino and picked up a watch at Apple headquarters quicker than FedEx can fly a box somewhere. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR ALLOW ANYONE I KNOW TO USE THEM EITHER.
For some reason Fed Ex CAN NOT seem to deliver on time where we live. They write "delivery exceptions" that are not true as an explanation!! Yes, we are home & waiting for pkg all 3 days!! or NO it was not bad weather!! Excuse after false excuse!! This has happened multiple times. I will be using UPS; they are always on time!!
Every time a company says they use FedEx I cringe!! Once again my package is marked delivered to front porch and once again I do not have any package on my porch or any where close to it .. lost again the El Dorado Arkansas FedEx drivers are completely inept and incapable of delivering a package to the right address customer service representatives are as helpful as the drivers are reliable .. it's shameful!
Package was in El Dorado to be delivered in Magnolia, then they showed on their tracking that it was sent to New Jersey. The weird part was it said it made it from.El dorado to New Jersey in an hour and a half??? It was 50 miles from my house, why was it sent to New Jersey to begin with?? They desperately need new management.
