I don't know how this GameStop has a prestige. They failed to system format a pre owned console with the prior owners information still on it. The pre-owned package had all the blocks checked but weren't actually completed. This place is no better than any other GameStop.
Nice employees and you get extra points for taking the survey but the store is a little small compaird to some of the others Ive visited
Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Only have 4 because trade in value on items still a bit shy of what they should be
