The two managers are rude and not very intelligent, which creates a problem because they're the smartest employees there. While I haven't had interactions with all the employees, the ones with whom I have had the misfortune of interacting have all been dumb and physically unappealing.
They are always so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.
