My car was towed here after being involved in an accident. I thought that would've notified me when they received my car but never heard anything. After three days had passed I called to see if they had my car because I needed somethings out of it. When I arrived someone came out to escort me to my car. While at my car I began to ask questions about repairs. That's when it became clear to me that they did not perform a thorough inspection, because they did notice that on the opposite side of where the major damage occurred a broken rim from what my car had been pushed upon a curb. After two and a half weeks my car was completed. As soon as I proceeded off the parking lot my car began making loud popping sounds. I returned to Laney's so they could see what was going on. Their reply to me was oh it's a bunch worn parts. I honestly don't think that was/is the issue because if so as bad as everything sounds I would've heard it before the accident.
At least the job get's done on time.
