At the beginning of my rental term I was extremely happy with the customer service and the car, however as I was headed home from my destination I discovered illegal drugs in the glove compartment of the rental car...very upsetting considering I am a nurse and could lose my license over such. After arriving home, while unloading the vehicle it was pointed out to me that the vehicles tags were expired....by 2 months....add this to the fact that there were ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE in the vehicle while it was in my possession and I was extremely mad at this point.
The girl that assisted us is very nice but she can't do it all. Get her some help. From reading other reviews this has been a consistent problem. As a corporation don't tell us you want to be the best...show us. That very sweet girl is doing the best she can so get her some support. Will not choose to do business with Enterprise again.
The clerk Kisha was awesome but she had no help and Made wait time very long
My experience at El, Dorado location confirmed all the bad reviews. Very bad attitude here. Enterprise has began a decline, switch to a competitor.

Again, the problem was not with the girl working...it's clearly an issue of upper level management.
I threw the drugs away I did not by any means want them in my possession. I returned the car at the proper time in which the office was closed. Hopefully when I notify the manager of this incident something will be done to resolve this issue in the future. And let me say this is my first time renting a vehicle. I understand people make mistakes however this is unacceptable. I initially got the impression that this was a professional rental company but if you can not keep your vehicles tags up to date and ensure that they are properly cleaned after each and every rental then i feel there needs to be a serious over haul in your skills and ability to do your job properly and to the standards that your paying customers expect.
