This dealership sold me a brand new 2017 Dodge Journey with 27 miles on it. The next day the transmission failed and the shifter kit went out on it. I had to have a loaner for 11 days. I never received an apology from anybody but the sales person. The managers acted as though they didn't care and never called me once. If that wasn't enough, they shared my personal information with law enforcement without my consent when they were asked about another purchase made by my mother whom had nothing to do with my purchase. Oh and to add the cherry on top, my transmission went out a second time today, only this time for extra added pleasure there aren't any rental vehicles available so now I have no vehicle for 4 days until they can get me in on Tuesday. This will end up being a lawsuit I'm sure once the 3 attempts have been made to fix my car and Dodge will have to replace the whole car for me legally. However, just wanted to let everybody know what a sorry place this dealership is, and not to ever buy anything from them!
Absolutely awful! This place will lie to you to make a sale. We had several issues with the purchase of our new car. Put down a hefty down payment and they still screwed us over. I will never ever again do business with this place. They have given the whole city of El Dorado a bad name with their ubreputable service. Because of how they treated me, I don't even plan to ever purchase a vehicle in this town again.
They are Wolf's dressed like sheep's. All they are worries about is making a dime. No customer service. While at the dealership got a call that my father in law was going in to the hospital. So we left and they kept called wanting to make a deal whie I am setting in a hospital room. As a side note we never have or will purchase a vehicle in El Dorado,Ar. Why would we when you can drive a few hours and save thousands.
