Great car buying experience with Chaure Clemons @ teague 3 weeks later I find out their customer service totally sucks no communications between there employees at this place
I just purchased my wife a 2016 Ford Explorer as her new "Mommy Ride"! I worked with Chaure Clemons at Teague, and his service was EXCELLENT! Very helpful in finding a vehicle that worked for our family and needs. He also extended himself with his time and his customer service was awesome. We had a great experience and will use Teague again if we ever need to in the future. Thanks for everything!
Doesnt deserve one star, but I had to put one for this to post.....It was AWFUL!!!! NEVER have I been part of such an inconsiderate, disrespectful situation in all my life! The management there is pathetic & lazy. I would drive 100 miles to avoid having ANYTHING to do with them!
