Friendly enough, but should have more normal business hours. 0730-1000 just doesn't work for most people.
I had four boxes scheduled to be delivered on Monday, July 10. All of the boxes came from the same place. I received two on Monday at two different times. Monday night they rescheduled the delivery of the missing boxes. UPS needs to get it together.

I just got off the phone with Donna at the UPS location in El Dorado for a delivery problem that the new addresses caused. Not only did she already know about the issue, she was already working on the problem! 5 star customer service for sure!!!!
Very helpful, open late, and they got my package shipped out. Just a warning, they don't sell boxes or packing materials. They only ship packages.
