I normally enjoy this WalMart but today the rudeness of an employee ruined my experience. If you are not happy with your job I suggest you find a new place to work.
Typical retail store for south Arkansas and north Louisiana. Most of the black employees act like they have the right to be there and the customers are making their life difficult. Though there are a few non-black employees like that as well. But the majority of them that act like that are black. Checkers don't have to do much, but they act like they're about to pass out from the work....PLEASE!!!! Someone else mentioned in their review that they overwork the cashiers....how in the heck did you come to that conclusion? They don't take stuff out of the buggy and place it on the counter and most of the time they don't place the bags in your buggy. And the cashiers are always yelling and talking with each other when they should be taking care of the customer(s). Cashiers these days don't have to do much.
Best Walmart I have ever been in. Every thing is easy to find, and the employees are very nice. They also have a ICEE machine and the sell cups at the registers. The only bad thing about it is that it is hard to find. From the highway, all you can see is trees. Great place overall.
The store itself is a great place to find good deals ,but customer service stinks
Person working at the service desk was very rude and accused us of opening up an item that we bought by mistake. The package was sold to us with the bottom flap partly torn , but both seal tapes were not disturbed. This person is very rude and should not be doing this type of work. We tried to explain but she would not believe us and said we had opened it. That's basically calling us liars. Since we were stuck with an item we could not use we went and bought a meter that could use it. This was better than getting mad and cost about the same as buying the correct item we wanted. I once worked for Walmart over 10 years and this is not what Kind of employees you want.
