If you go there and get an estimate for a job - GET YOUR ESTIMATE IN WRITING. I was quoted $50 for a job "$60.00 at the MOST with tax" but when I arrived to pick up my completed project [which was a wedding shower gift] I was told it would be $116.00. The girl said "maybe he just gave you a quote for the frame only". Which would be like getting a price on a car but they didn't include tires. She called the owner and he said “I don’t remember what I told her… just give her a discount” She said “How does $80.00 sound?” Well, $80 sounds like $20 more than my quote. I gave her a $100 dollar bill and was told "we don't have change"... Odd that a business wouldn't have at least $20.00 in cash somewhere in the store.
The quality of the product was great - I just don't like to have my quoted price DOUBLED.
