I went in the revenue office yesterday Monday may 23 Rd to get an id made. I had two school id's and a medical insurance card along with rwo sets of paper work. I gave the last my school id's n she said they would not work so I gave her papers from ssi and the state of Arkansas for a supena for court her super visor said the supena and medical card would work. As I start the process of getting my I'd made an done the last hands me my supena and medical cards back but not my ssi papers I needed to turn back in. They said they don't have it n to check my car. I sit in there forty min waiting to be seen in know what papers I had on me just for this trip to the get my I'd made a supena papers from social security administration I'd card from school and my insurance card.but they would not give me my ssi paper back like I never handed it to then. I did. I went to the car to get my brother who drove me there to tell them he seen me get out of the. Car with it. But they would not give me my papers back n they are important I need to turn them back in to social security. But can't bc of our great revenue office is very lame not professional in any way and need to find a new supervisor and workers in that department. The Chinese lady did great experience eat she allowed peep to cut in line that have been t here 5 min n I been there 45 min other than the peep cutting in front and not waiting there turn and them keeping my ssi paper that I need turned back in it was the worse experience I have had a a revenue office in the state of Arkansas n I been to a few Batesville Harrison hope prescott Texarkana Arkadelphia. But eldorado office really fees the cake as far as bad service Adnan until professional I mean folks what would make a person want to keep someone important social security papers that need to be turned in to ssi. Well eldorado revenue that who n why ??? All I can say is if u don't like you job to the we money beside the Chinese last but the other two black ladies in the office until both seen my papers n act like u didn't if u don't like your job and serving peep you should find a new job. Now today I will be on the phone with so ail security to get that forms resend bc eldorado revenue office equipment lost it or keep it might I say very sorry of your office 3 there in eldorado need a total transformation. Sad sad day when u go to take care of business and get set back bc peep are incompetent and can't do there job properly and magic lyrics lose your paper work
